I think it's good for people that aren't just trying to advertise. That's not something a kid should have to see just to make them want to get that whatever is being advertised.

this advert can be looked at from many different views and alot of people will think its bad, however if you really think about it, its so effective for their product as it makes people think about it! and its really creative and origional

8. Well, it is obviously ...

Well, it is obviously working when looked at the advertising view because everyone is looking at it. I know that obviously it isnt a good signal to give out to younger audience but it is doing what they wanted "Getting Attention" and the company obviously doesnt care what messages their giving out, just as long as people see their clothes range.

well personally i love this ad
its very daring and not politically correct
sure i agree that it is not a good message for children
but keep in mind what kind of mag this would appear in :s
i highly doubt that it will show up in J14
or in any magazine in the US for that matter.

a lot of people say that the model diet is "cotton balls, cigarettes and cocaine" This pokes fun at the stereotype

i say good job

Jesus lighten up.

Is not bad enough that we're throwing god knows how many pictures of near anorexic models in advertising that kids see.

If this ad was real i'm pretty sure that will be the biggest subliminal effect not the coke reference that to be honest if a kid recognises they already know to much.

21. judging by the agency ...

judging by the agency that came up with this and the market its supposed to be in (unless you've got a Chinese agency doing an ad for an european brand in european market, how likely is that?), it's a fake.

because in China, these kind of coke culture is not prevalent. people in that market simply does not get that funny message.
