DIGITAL TV, MTV and VIVA for Peta

MTV (Germany), VIVA (Germany) and DIGITAL TV (Germany) just did this campaign for PETA to increase awareness of animal rights and the way the animals are caged and suffer in captivity.

DIGITAL TV together with the MTV and VIVA moderators call to stop the caging of exotic animals in hobby farming, zoo and circus.

1. With the exception of ...

With the exception of the first girl featured in these ads, all of the women are in very sexually suggestive positions. I am definitely for animal rights, but I find these ads very offensive and disrespectful to women. There are only two men featured and they are not at all presented in a sexual manner, and the message is much better portrayed that way. If these ads are offensive to someone who AGREES with animal rights, they certainly won't be very persuasive for someone who is not for animal rights when so much of the attention is focused on the objectification of women.
