KFC allows its suppliers to cut the beaks off baby birds without any painkillers, breed and drug birds to become so top-heavy that the bones in their legs crack under them and they collapse, and drown birds in tanks of scalding-hot water while they are still fully conscious. Is that how KFC wants to be treated?

Ignorance is prevailing in a society obsessed with meat but not knowing where they come from or how they get to be sold at markets..
Take a trip to the slaugtherhouse.. or easy still watch earthlings, then come back here and put a decent comment.

Btw the ads here seem to be just to get attention but not potraying the right msg on vegetarianism. ad makers should do their research on the subjects and not just take the easy way out!

Why would they kill baby chickens? Wouldn't it make more sense to kill larger ones? Weird. Either way, animals are killed everyday, by other animals, and I doubt they use sedatives either. The world is a violent place and that's the way it has always been.

i have pet chickens. they are super clever compared to most domestic animals. they use the dog door, communnicate with sounds very effectively with me and even more so with each other, they are loyal and if one is loose and the others are penned, the free chicken often delivers treats into the coop for the others. science (observation) proves that these are beings, and nothing like, for instance, a plant.

Heh, just chickens. Might wanna think twice about that. Arn't we just humans? Crap load of humans around. And lots of us are well kept and proud of being drug free. We're easily controlled and manipulated not to mention that were a lot bigger than chickens. Would keep this large population in check but due to human morality issues and our ability to kick ass it wouldn't happen... yet. But still something to think about.
