machine gun kelly's head looks like they took it off of a normal picture of her standing and stuck it on top of a picture where her head was leaning back. necks don't generally do 90 degree angles. :) the pose is definitely possible, but there's no way there would be no tension in her neck, and it wouldn't be coming up from the angle it is.
